Chicken Rice + few pieces of yong tau foo
Sugarcane

Dinner
Wanton mee soup (only half the noodles)
1 cup Honey Lemon drink

Fluids
at least 3 cups of green tea

Exercise
Stretching/Rehab/Physio @ TAGS Bangsar
