I’m lazy. That’s a fact. But then again … as Bill Gates said …
So I’ve been lazy and am so not in the mood for any work.
In fact, I have the mood for nothing. Doing nothing.
If there’s 1 thing I’m actively doing, it’s TRYING TO lose weight. I have put on a hellish 10kg since residing mostly in KL. Well, the food here is awesome, what can I say? I don’t need to lose all that 10kg. I aim to lose 7kg.
I have lost only 1kg in the last 2 weeks! OMG! Talk about lower metabolic rates when you get older… *sigh*
I will be documenting my meals here just so I can keep track of my weight and food intake.
Today marks the 1st record.

Breakfast
1 multigrain bun
Lunch
1 cup PowerVeggies juice
1 bowl of fried rice
100g grilled salmon
Dinner
1 bowl steamed Quinoa
1 sunnyside egg
1 serving of luncheon meat
3 button mushrooms
Fluids
3+ cups of Green Tea
