This is a favorite amongst many Asians, especially children. It is a very appetizing dish with the sweet & sour tangy sauce.
For this recipe, I had the help of Lee Kum Kee’s Sweet & Sour Sauce Pack which is readily available in most supermarkets. I followed the instructions on the back of the pack and this is the end result!
Instead of pineapples and cucumber, I used green pepper (half), red pepper (half), yellow pepper (half) and a tomato. It worked just as well!
Definitely easy cooking!
