Banana Oats Smoothie

Here’s a tweak of the usual Banana smoothie recipe you’ll find pasted all over the web.
I decided to chuck in oats to make this smoothie more wholesome and filling.

TOTAL TIME : 5 minutes / SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 cup ice (or more if you like)
  • Honey (to taste if you don’t find it sweet enough)

INSTRUCTIONS :

In blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
