Landmark

Attended the Landmark Education introduction last night at SPRING Singapore. Manal, the instructor, was amazing =)
I was kinda addicted to her humor the moment she started and 3 hours passed so quickly I was shocked at the time. I only intended to stay a half hour.

Heard a couple of testimonials and how the Landmark Forum has helped so many individuals around the world. It claims not to be the typical motivational talk we attend and it promises to be life-changing. I don’t know but I’ll let you know.

Being the cynical/critical me, I think it is perfect for the typical Singaporean. The selfish, conceited empty vessels who are simply spoilt and overprotected. And it is odd I wrote what I did yesterday about the “Man in the Mirror” and Ghandi’s “You must be the change you want to see in the world.”

It’s always about leading by example and it’s always about not thinking who gave more or who did more or less … or I cannot give in because she doesn’t ever give in to me … it was always “Give, and you shall receive….” Never was it “Do not give, and you shall receive …”

The introduction made me think about me now and me a year ago … how much I have changed over the past year and how much more I see now… I think 2009 was a milestone for me. Just as 2005 was. Well, to more milestones =)
