“A great way to ring in the Occidental New Year is to treat you and your special someone to a getaway. If possible, travel after the 15th of January. If not, expect delays and snags. Rest assured however, these tiny setbacks are not something a little patience and a sense of adventure can’t remedy. Regardless of whether you book a cozy ski trip, a lazy Mexican beach vacation, or a cosmopolitan weekend jaunt, this sabbatical from real life is about nourishing your relationship. You don’t need to spoil your partner by draining your savings. Instead, give your loved one the spotlight. Your mate is used to giving you (Leos!!!) center stage and will appreciate your stepping back. Creativity could use a boost this month. Feed the artist within you with a solo trip to an art gallery or museum. Or else grab yourself a walk in a neighborhood park. Take time to see things. Bring your camera along. Seek out beauty in the countryside too. Mother nature can rejuvenate you. The last few months of 2009 brought steady income that should be continuing into January. Watch out though. Don’t become lackadaisical. Scan the classifieds daily for opportunities and deals. Network with colleagues. Stay alert to potential ways to swell your cash flow. The Ox year comes to a close on Feb 13th and the feisty Tiger pounces into our world on (Feb 14) Valentine’s Day. This coming Chinese year will prove anything but dull. Establish solid business connections. Contact old ones. Open as many doors as possible in your work sector. You will be surprised how many of those doors you may actually walk through in 2010.”
