Eating Clean Day 04 : Feeling Good about Myself

It’s Day 04 of my Eat Clean Diet and I must say it’s going pretty well!
Considering my fleeting attitude towards diets, I didn’t think I would last 4 days.

Anyhow, here’s what I made for breakfast today :

Organic oats, chia seeds, granola & soy milk

1/3 cup Organic oats
1 tsp chia seeds
A handful of granola
1 cup soy milk

I use regular soy milk with my oats I love it coz it’s sweetened already and I don’t have to add honey on my own. Folks who are more conscious about their sugar intake can use unsweetened soy milk instead and use honey to taste.
