Wow, time passes quickly when you’re having fun! Well, not much fun here I guess but my mind has been on other stuff.
I have been watching what I eat, with some treats here and there. And my weight has been kind of stagnant.
I haven’t been drinking as much as fluids as well.
In fact, I have come to realise that my dieting only works when I’m home. Staying at home helps me watch my weight and food and drink intake. Having a wide variety of yummy Asian food when I’m out, plus another whole wide range of yummy desserts, just doesn’t cut it.
So I’m gonna make the best of the next 2 days… wish me luck!

Thought of the day : Sigh… my body is no longer as before where I can shed weight so easily… boohoo!
